Welcome to Vocula. By installing and using the Vocula application, you agree to comply with the terms of service outlined below.

1. Personal Use License

Vocula grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application on devices owned by you for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All learning content, articulation diagrams, UI design, acoustic measurement algorithms, and the underlying source code of the app are the intellectual property of Vocula or its licensors. You may not copy, decompile, redistribute, or modify any portion of the app without our prior written consent.

3. Free Service and Pro Upgrade

The core training features (basic phonemes, articulation diagrams, and acoustic feedback) are provided free of charge forever and do not require account registration. Premium subscription packages (Vocula Pro) will be transparently announced and billed through the App Store's In-App Purchases system. We commit to avoiding auto-renewal traps or hidden charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vocula is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide highly accurate pronunciation feedback based on empirical phonetics research, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or perfect compatibility on older hardware devices.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
