At Vocula, we believe that voice privacy is a fundamental right. The Vocula application is built from the ground up to process all audio data directly on your device, without transmission over the Internet.

1. 100% Offline Audio Processing

All voice analysis, acoustic formant measurement, and dynamic articulation diagram matching are performed locally on your device using on-device machine learning models (like Whisper and Wav2Vec2). Your voice recordings are never sent to any external server.

2. Voice Recordings

Your recorded audio files are stored only temporarily in your device's memory for the duration of the current practice session, or saved locally on your device if you choose to record practice history. We do not collect, view, or have access to these recordings.

3. Learning Progress and Data

Your practice history and phoneme mastery metrics are stored locally on your device. If you opt to sync your progress using a personal account (such as Google or Apple Sign-In), this data is transmitted securely and encrypted, used solely for personal progress synchronization.

4. No Third-Party Trackers

Our app and website do not embed any third-party SDKs or analytics trackers that collect personal information or monitor your behavior for advertising purposes.
